Who is in charge of your funeral and burial arrangements? If you have nothing in writing, a surviving spouse normally will be in charge; however, if you are in a second marriage, friction can arise between the spouse and the children of the former marriage. It is always better to have written instructions as to who is in charge. See your estate planning attorney to solve this problem.
