How We’re Helping in this Time of Need

With the current concern around contracting the Coronavirus (COVID-19), people have been telling us that they want protection now, in the event something were to happen to them.  In response to this, we will immediately begin offering an incapacity package which includes: 1) a Healthcare Power of Attorney, 2) HIPAA Authorization, and 3) Property Power of Attorney. Our hope is that this will help the community, especially the most vulnerable who could end up in the hospital. Be safe!

Get the necessary documents in place.

Healthcare Power of Attorney – This would allow your “agent” to make medical decisions for you (in consultation with your physicians) if you were unable to make those decisions for yourself.

Power of Attorney for Property – This would allow someone, your “agent”, to pay your bills and make other time-sensitive decisions during a period of your incapacity.

HIPAA Authorization Form -This authorizes those you designate to access your protected health information.
