In Ohio, they should definitely be reviewed regularly. There have been changes in Ohio law regarding the format for Powers of Attorney, as well as new provisions covering electronic information such as online bank and investment accounts. Without those provisions, the person you have appointed in your Power of Attorney may be unable to handle your affairs properly.
