How often should my estate plan be changed? That depends. If your life changes (for example, changes in family relationships, marriage or divorce of children, receiving an inheritance, changes in the law), you should at least review your plan with your estate planning attorney to make sure it still satisfies your goals and objectives. The only thing worse than having no estate plan is having one that no longer makes sense in your situation. Plan to meet with your estate planning attorney soon.
