How often should my estate plan be reviewed? It depends on many factors, but I usually recommend at least every 2 years. Life – and the laws—have a way of changing, and the only situation worse than having no estate plan is having one that no longer is appropriate to your family situation. It is important to see your estate planning attorney regularly.
