The Academy is a renowned national educational organization that promotes excellence in estate planning by providing member attorneys with research and vital updates in estate, tax and business planning law for 15 years. The Academy provided estate planning educational training on: Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts, Veterans Aid and Attendance Benefits, Ethical Estate Planning, Representing Trustees, Addressing Problem Assets and Trust Administration. Additional training focused on the innovative planning techniques for Legacy Wealth Planning.
